GTSE 2025 Expands Ride & Drive Experience with Multi-Fuel Innovation: "Fuel & Drive" and "Charge & Drive" Launch in Tacoma

Experience the technologies off grid!

Tacoma, WA — July 16, 2025 — The Green Transportation Summit & Expo (GTSE) is redefining hands-on vehicle demos with a first-of-its-kind fueling showcase during its 2025 Ride & Drive. Taking place August 26–28 at the Greater Tacoma Convention Center, this immersive feature — now branded as “Fuel & Drive” and “Charge & Drive” — will allow participants to experience not just the vehicles of the future, but the clean fuels and charging solutions that power them.

Three fueling options will be on full display:

  • Propane-fueled mobile charging through the EBOOST Mobile Mini, presented by Pioneer eMobility, GTSE 2025’s Presenting Sponsor.

  • Renewable Diesel provided by PetroCard, powering low-emission internal combustion vehicles on-site.

  • Hydrogen-powered EV mobile charging from Nuvera’s HydroCharge, supporting zero-emission battery electric vehicles in real-time.

This unique integration of fueling demonstrations directly into the Ride & Drive experience allows attendees to see how clean fuels and flexible charging options are being deployed in real-world fleet environments.

GTSE 2025 will bring together policymakers, fleets, utilities, OEMs, fuel providers, and infrastructure innovators to explore critical topics like decarbonization, clean fuels, AI integration, and transportation cybersecurity. Now in its 14th year, GTSE remains the Pacific Northwest’s leading event for sustainable transportation solutions.

GTSE 2025 navigates major trends in transportation decarbonization

from AI technology and data analytics to cybersecurity in vehicle systems, clean fuels, charging infrastructure, and workforce development

Tacoma, WA — July 16, 2025 — The Green Transportation Summit & Expo (GTSE) returns to the Greater Tacoma Convention Center from August 26–28, 2025, bringing together leaders from across the clean transportation ecosystem for three days of innovation, education, and hands-on demonstrations. This year’s event promises a powerful lineup, including test drives of cutting-edge electric vehicles, discussions on AI and cybersecurity in transportation, and a deeper dive into the technologies reshaping fleet sustainability across North America.

Green Transportation Summit & Expo (GTSE) Rescheduled to August 26–28, 2025

New timing aligns with state policy developments and real-world fleet needs in the Pacific Northwest

Tacoma, WA — The Green Transportation Summit & Expo (GTSE), the Pacific Northwest’s most focused clean transportation event for fleet and logistics professionals, has officially rescheduled its 2025 conference to August 26–28, 2025 at the Greater Tacoma Convention Center in Tacoma, Washington.

Originally slated for June, the date change reflects GTSE’s commitment to timing its programming around critical developments in state funding, fleet incentives, and vendor logistics.

"Moving GTSE to August is a strategic decision for everyone aligned with the real work of decarbonizing fleets—on the ground, in the shop, and on the road” said Brian Trice, Principal of GTSE.

The revised August dates allow attendees to engage with more finalized details from the Washington State biannual budget process—especially programs expected to shape fleet investment, such as heavy-duty vehicle vouchers, clean truck purchasing incentives, and infrastructure funding. The shift also helps vendors and vehicle providers navigate a crowded season of transportation events, improving logistics for GTSE’s hands-on ride-and-drive experiences and expo participation.

GTSE 2025 will focus heavily on operationally relevant topics like fleet sustainability, fueling availability, decarbonization strategies, and workforce development, while expanding programming on emerging areas such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and data integration in fleet technology. For attendees navigating financial uncertainty, GTSE is offering expanded scholarship programs, volunteer opportunities, and enhanced expo-floor education sessions for those selecting an expo-only pass.

GTSE’s strength lies in practical access: one-on-one support for fleets, policy-to-operations insights, and solutions tailored to the realities of local and regional fleet transformation. From utility partnerships to workforce training, the event is designed to be a launchpad for progress—not just a showcase of technology.

The Green Transportation Summit & Expo takes place August 26–28, 2025, at the Greater Tacoma Convention Center in Tacoma, WA. Registration, sponsor opportunities, and updated program information are available at www.gtsummitexpo.com.
