📋 General Event Information The Green Transportation Summit and Expo (GTSE) will be held August 26–28, 2025 at the Greater Tacoma Convention Center in Tacoma, Washington. Welcome/Registration Desk (3rd Floor): Opens daily at 7:00 AM for badge pickup and event materials. *Have Printed Ticket, ID or Business card with name to pick up badge. (Speakers badges in Green Room) Ride & Drive Location: Tacoma Dome Lot A, 2727 E D St. (shuttle service available – see Transportation section). Signed Waiver & Driver’s license mandatory. Registration Desk Hours: Monday, Aug 25 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM Tuesday, Aug 26: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Wednesday, Aug 27: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Thursday, Aug 28: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM 🚗 Transportation & Parking Options Convention Center Parking: $16/day Marriott Tacoma Downtown Parking: $26/day Public Parking via Freebird App (avg. $16/day) – Closest lots: 1352 Market St Parking Lot 110 S 14th St Parking Lot 1416 Court A Parking Lot Link Light Rail: Convention Center stop is #T07-T2 on the T Line. First Student Shuttle (Ride & Drive): Pick-up: 1st floor of the Convention Center (look for “Ride and Drive Shuttle” sign) Runs between Convention Center and Tacoma Dome Lot A Service begins around 8:30AM -Runs Every 30 minutes *Or when bus is full* Last shuttle returns from the Dome at 1:30 PM Distance from Dome Lot A: ~1.3 miles (drive or public transit available) 🏢 Expo Hall Hours The Expo Hall is located on the main exhibition floor.
