Paul serves as Program Director of the Breaking Barriers Collaborative, an initiative that helps Pacific Northwest businesses and institutions accelerate efforts to equitably curb their climate emissions. In this role Paul led the creation and delivery of the Fleet Decarbonization Accelerator, a hands-on, cohort-based program that combines learning, planning, and action to help organizations accelerate their fleet transition to clean energy. The Breaking Barriers Collaborative is now a leading provider of educational programming to fleets across the Pacific Northwest, with over 80 organizations representing 25,000+ vehicles having participated in the program.

Ms. Buell co-chairs Washington’s EV Council and supports the state's Transportation Electrification Strategy. She is passionate about deploying zero emission vehicle infrastructure along highway corridors for light- medium, and now heavy-duty vehicles. Her claim to fame is co-founding the West Coast Electric Highway, a network of DC fast charging along I-5/Hwy 99 from Canada to Mexico.

Genevieve Cullen has led EDTA, the Washington, DC, based cross-industry trade association promoting the electrification of transportation, as President since 2015. She previously served as Vice President, directing the organization’s policy and advocacy efforts. Prior to joining EDTA, Genevieve provided energy policy counsel in the Executive and Legislative Branches, including serving as Energy Counsel to Senator Evan Bayh (D-IN).

Betz is leading CALSTART’s efforts to launch the new Washington Zero-emission Incentive Program (WAZIP) to help Washington-state businesses purchase zero-emission medium- and heavy-duty vehicles and off-road equipment.

His work with startups through Fortune 50 companies spans the Americas, Europe, and Asia, helping fleets, utilities, vehicle OEMs, and infrastructure providers capitalize on the shift to zero-emission mobility. Paul founded Green OnRamp to drive EV adoption, collaboration, and industry growth, contributing to key industry standards such as SAE J3271, J3400, and the CharIN North America Charging Interoperability Taskforce. Since 2012, his Electric Vehicle Business & Career Network (EVBCN) has evolved into a global platform, organizing in-person EVents and an online forum connecting over 68,000 members across the EV ecosystem. Paul has served on industry boards, including Forth Mobility and the North American Council for Freight Efficiency (NACFE), and speaks internationally on the future of transportation and energy.
