Your payment reserves your exhibitor space and your signature on the pending contract guarantees your organization’s commitment to the space. Once the contract is signed no refunds will be given. The Green Transportation Summit & Expo (GTSE) takes the safety of its exhibitors, sponsors, partners, speakers, and attendees very seriously. As the situation with COVID-19 is changing daily, we are closely monitoring the response by healthcare and government officials so we can ensure the protection of all our stakeholders. If a change in event format or date is required, GTSE will work withexhibitor company to find a mutually agreeable alternate arrangement.
