Welcome to your 2025 Exhibitor Hub

Please follow the below steps to complete your order. 

Step 1: Get Your Team Registered - Mandatory

  • Register Your Team – Check your email or contact us for your exhibitor-specific discount codes (max per booth).

  • Wait for Booth Assignment – You will receive an email from gtsummitexpo with your booth number within 5-14 days of submission.*.

Step 2: Set Up Your Booth Details - Mandatory

  • Freeman Exhibitor Services – Freeman is our official general contractor. Use your booth number to access shipping, material handling, safety, and graphic guidelines. This is mandatory for all exhibitors.

  • EAC Notification Form – If using an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), submit this form. EACs include booth builders, supervisors, display companies, technicians, etc. (coming soon)

Step 3: Share Your Plans With Us - Mandatory

  • Onsite Contact & Liability Form – Mandatory for all exhibitors. (coming soon)

  • Vehicle/Technology Form – Mandatory for any vehicle or technology over 250 lbs used for display. (coming soon)

  • ​Booth Diagram & Hanging Sign Form – Required for booths 4,000+ sqft.(coming soon)

Step 4: Sign Up For A Video Interview - Optional 

        Available for Exhibitors that are also Event Sponsors. Inquire for more info.
